The Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity U.S. + Global program develops leaders who have the knowledge, skills, and courage to build more equitable health systems, organizations, and communities. Health equity aims to close the health care gap between wealthy and marginalized communities by realizing the benefits of public health and health care. The program aims to create a global network of committed leaders by training them to recognize, understand, and work towards resolving these inequities.
Atlantic Fellows are part of a wider ecosystem that encompasses the organizations they lead and the communities they serve. Together, they create a collective groundswell of action that changes narratives and redefines what is possible. The Fellowship community works in partnership with a broader group of stakeholders. The strength of these ecosystems comes from the intersection of thought leadership, creativity and passion; and hands-on work that translates intent into action and lasting change.
